I use language to help all kinds of companies in all kinds of ways. Some have asked me to improve their marketing ROI. Others have asked me to help crystallise their purpose, or to define their tone of voice.

 

I’ve created brand campaigns, and written CRM programs, SEO-optimised site copy, scripts, brochures, mail packs, sales presenters, and more.

 

My words have lead to a Parliamentary debate that changed legislation so that people with cancer received financial support faster. They’ve convinced small budgets to act like bigger budgets, ensuring national exposure for clients (and an uptick in response). And they’ve helped organisations improve how they work, not just how they market themselves.
